This is a list I found online for making characters. Not everyone is great with thinking about their characters, from background history to motivation. Sometimes it comes out discussing with others, sometimes just basing off characters you love from a favorite media form. And then you get a 100 questions.
If you are stuck figuring out your character, then try copying this and answering it. Skip questions if you can't think readily about it, then come back. Sometimes as you answer one thing, you figure out something you missed.

Part 1: The Basics
1. What is your full name?

3. Who are/were your parents? (Know their names, occupations, personalities, etc.)
4. Do you have any siblings? What are/were they like?
5. Where do you live now, and with whom? Describe the place and the person/people.

7. Write a full physical description of yourself. You might want to consider factors such as: height, weight, race, hair and eye color, style of dress, and any tattoos, scars, or distinguishing marks.
